Thank you for choosing Sky-Up Synergy as your trusted event management platform. By using Sky-Up Synergy as an organizer, you agree to the following terms:
All organizations must complete a verification process before publishing events. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your event information and ticket pricing. Sky-Up Synergy reserves the right to suspend or reject any organization account in the event of violations.
Organizations may freely determine ticket prices. Sky-Up Synergy applies a platform fee to the ticket buyer, not the organizer. The fee is automatically added during the ticket checkout process.
Payments from attendees are collected via Sky-Up Synergy’s account. Net revenue will be transferred to the organizer’s verified bank account within a maximum of 3 (three) days after a payout request is submitted. Sky-Up Synergy only acts as a technology intermediary and not as a financial institution.
All transactions are final. Sky-Up Synergy does not offer, process, or facilitate any refunds to ticket buyers under any circumstances. Organizers are responsible for communicating their no refund policy clearly within event descriptions. Sky-Up Synergy shall not be held liable for any financial claims or disputes arising from participant dissatisfaction, schedule changes, or cancellations.
Organizers are granted access to a real-time dashboard displaying ticket sales, platform fees, and payout history.
Sky-Up Synergy is a neutral platform and not responsible for any event content, schedule changes, quality of speakers, cancellations, or participant complaints. Sky-Up Synergy bears no liability for indirect losses suffered by either party related to the use of this platform.
Sky-Up Synergy shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system outages, government regulations, or civil unrest.
Sky-Up Synergy reserves the right to suspend, delay, or reject transactions suspected of being fraudulent, illegal, or exceeding limits imposed by our payment provider.
In the event of a dispute between an organizer and a ticket buyer, Sky-Up Synergy will act as a neutral intermediary without obligation to resolve or enforce decisions. Final responsibility lies with the organizer.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or organizer dashboard.
