By purchasing a ticket through Sky-Up Synergy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchase & Platform Fee

All ticket prices shown include Sky-Up Synergy’s platform fee. This fee is paid by the buyer and automatically added at checkout. The organizer does not pay this fee.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner. Your transaction is valid once confirmed by the system.

3. No Refunds Policy

All transactions are final. Sky-Up Synergy does not offer, process, or facilitate any refunds to ticket buyers under any circumstances. Organizers are responsible for communicating their no-refund policy clearly within event descriptions. Sky-Up Synergy shall not be held liable for any financial claims or disputes arising from participant dissatisfaction, schedule changes, or cancellations.

4. Data Security & Privacy

We protect your personal data and only use it for event-related purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sky-Up Synergy is not responsible for the content, schedule, cancellation, or quality of any event. Complaints must be directed to the event organizer. Sky-Up Synergy does not guarantee any level of event satisfaction and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses.

6. Force Majeure

Sky-Up Synergy is not liable for ticket or event issues caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, server outages, or regulations.

7. Suspicious Transactions

Sky-Up Synergy reserves the right to delay or cancel ticket purchases if any activity is deemed suspicious or violates our usage policies.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms are subject to change. Updated terms will be published on our official website. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
